A New Perspective

Since Gizmo's near death experience in May, Gizzie has a new perspective on life. He still has to be kept on a lot of medicine, but most days he is feeling great. He has lost a lot of weight, he gets more exercise, and plays with me a lot. We chase each other and play tug of war. I love him and I give him kisses every day. He has been doing really well with his exercise. Before, he couldn't keep up when we went for walks. Now he can go for long distances.

Since he has been doing better on walks. We walked all the way to our neighborhood park with him. He wanted to play with me at the park. He is loving life and trying to enjoy each day to its fullest.

He did the swing with mom and me. Mom really did swing with him. He loved it!

He did the see-saw with me.
He climbed the play area equipment.

He went down the big enclosed slide too a couple of times.

After all the fun at the park, he even walked fast all the way home. I love my brother!
