Hand, Foot, and Mouth

I have a new teacher at school and I love her! She does a lot of art activities with us. See my beautiful artwork from this week displayed on the fridge.
The one on the left are flowers from my hand prints. The one on the top right is my abstract art that we used Q-tips to work on our motor skills. Then the bottom one is a picture of symmetry. I folded the paper, pressed, and looked at the magic.

Now you are probably wondering how the title of this blog fits in.

On Thursday at school, I got a HIGH fever out of nowhere. My ears felt fine, no congestion, just high fever.

Friday I went to the doctor and I have Hand, Foot, and Mouth virus. The one of many viruses I have caught from school. I have ulcer type sores in my mouth that hurt and I might get them on my hands and feet too. The doctor said my fever would break soon and that I could go back to school on Monday.

Saturday my fever broke, my mouth still hurts, but no ulcers on my hands and feet. Here is a picture of mom looking into my mouth for sores. I have learned that when she says "Ah," I say it too and open up my mouth real big.
Meanwhile, I have enjoyed being home despite my sickness. I have been able to stay in my jammies, watch a lot of TV while enjoying my favorite snack of Goldfish, and get cuddle time with my Granddaddy, mom, and dad.
Priceless...Being home also gave me the time to organize my dad's Cd's. Anyone who knows my dad, knows how neat his Cd's have to be. I was a "big help".
The end result...

Glad to hear you are feeling better, cousin. I like your artwork. Maybe one day we can meet up and share good clean-up and tidying ideas. Love your low-rides!
