Here are a bunch of different pictures from the last month that were on our phones....

Even Gizmo has been resting!

 Sarah and Mary doing "school" with mommy...even though mommy has to do a lot of resting.  Sarah is doing a toddler program on the computer learning to control the mouse.  She has it down!  Mary is doing some workbook pages during the week and has to read before bed 4 nights a week.  After the book she stays up late watching a movie before bed.  Monday is writing day in her journal, Tuesday is reading day pages, Wednesday is math pages,  Thursday is Gymanastics for them, and Friday is swimming.  The school pages take just half an hour, I am not ruining thier summer.  : )  Mary has also learned to tie her own shoe!!!!!  YEA!  Mary has also loved VBS this week.

Steve's Band Reunion

Steve's band director from high school had a huge retirement party.  Many alumni played music for him, including Steve.  This was a month ago.  Here are the pictures from that night. 

 Every drum major and some assistant drum majors for his 30 years there came out....amazing!

 Mom is recovering....she getting out and about now.  This was from earlier in the week.

 Fun Summer, laying around watching Barney.

 Hanging out in the closet while a "minature huricane" hit Spring/ Woodlands.  Not really a Hurricane, but the city looked like it afterwards.  Just a severe storm out of nowhere that lasted 45 minutes that uprooted trees through things all over the place.  We had no electricity either.  We had fun in the closet with a picnic and flashlights.

I had another surgery this past Monday.  While I recovered, the kids stayed at their grandparent's house and had a great time.  They went to Kemah, Butterfly and Dinosaur Museum, and Chuck E Cheese.  They had a blast.
