Mary's Code Words

This is written in my mom's point of view.

We are still potty training Mary. She is about 80% successful with pee pee. Poo Poo, not even 10%. It took us a while to figure out Mary's word for poo poo, but after she said it over and over we have caught on. The bad thing is that she says it after the fact and not before hand. The more we think about her code words, the funnier it is. After she has pooped, she says " Hello, Hi". I guess it is her way of introducing herself to the poop, because every time she says " Hello, Hi", it is too late. The guy has come through the door. If only we can learn a code word for before hand.

New Floors

Our house was a mess for a couple of days while my Grandaddy and Daddy (mainly Granddaddy) put in new floors in our living room. It was strange to wake up and have all your stuff gone. I was afraid that Santa took it all back. But all the furniture and my toys were moved to other parts of the house. I couldn't go in the living room for a couple of days.


We did the living room last weekend and then next weekend is my bedroom and future sibling(?) room. We are hoping that it helps my allergy problems. I like how Gizzie slides on the floor like Scooby Doo. Here are some pictures from the weekend.

Swimming Lessons

In July, I took swimming lessons once a week for four weeks. I loved it and wished that I could continue but Mom and I are back to work full time now. My parents said that I can start it back up in March (indoor pool).

The first time I did the lessons, I hated it. I screamed and cried the whole time.

All the other times I loved it and asked about it all the time.

We learned how to swim to the side and get out ourselves.
